James Monroe graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a BS in Business Management and Human Resources.  While attending college James worked as a delivery and set up technician at a DME company specializing in at home oxygen.  Upon graduation, he became sales manager of a newly launched orthopedic division within the company, forcing him  to become a certified orthopedic fitter.  After two years of sales and generating over $1 million in revenue he became general manager of the company.  After 3 years of leading the company to great success, he was offered a position at Duratech Medical, to be the sales rep for the state of Tennessee, specializing in orthopedics.  Five years after joining Duratech, and generating nearly $3 million in revenue per year, James launched his own DME company in Tennessee Health Services.  Today, he still owns the company, as well as, having started Monroe Medical Management, specializing in starting from scratch and managing the day to day operations within a medical clinic.

James's true passion however, is winning souls and teaching Bible studies.  He has served in nearly every compacity of outreach within his local church, from bus driver to Children's Church and Outreach Director.  He has had the Holy Ghost for over 20 years, and loves witness new souls being birthed each week.  He tries to constantly be involved with reaching the lost.
